▶ポイント

・二次性腹膜炎では，早期の診断と外科的な介入が必要である．介入後も症状が改善しない場合は，画像検査などを再検討し，治療が遅れないようにする．

・腹水の貯留した患者の術後には，一次性腹膜炎（特発性細菌性腹膜炎）に準じた病態が生じることがあるので注意を要する．

・診断に悩む腹膜炎では，結核性腹膜炎を鑑別に挙げる．
