化膿性脊椎炎

▶ポイント

・化膿性脊椎炎は中高齢の患者に起こるコモンな感染症であり，発熱・腰背部痛などを主訴とするため尿路感染症と誤診されることがしばしばある．

・局所の安静と6週間の抗菌化学療法による保存的治療が基本となる．

・適切な診断・治療には画像だけでなく血液培養や，穿刺が可能な症例であればCTガイド下穿刺も考慮すべきである．
