▶ポイント

・PDE5阻害薬はEDの治療において中心的な柱となっている．

・EDの治療としてまず最初に検討されることが多いが，一部の症例では投与に注意を要する．

・EDが原因の男性不妊症症例に対しては，投与期間と施設の限定はあるが保険処方が可能である．
