▶ポイント

・陰圧式勃起補助具はPDE5阻害薬無効の勃起障害に対する第一選択療法である．

・長らく使用可能なデバイスが入手できない状況が続いたが最近新しいデバイスが医療機器承認を取得し使用可能となった．

・治療成功の鍵は絞扼リングが握っている．
