▶ポイント

・陰茎プロステーシス移植術はEDに対する重要な治療選択肢の1つであり，ほかのED治療が無効か適応外の場合に検討される．

・外科的知識・手技の向上やデバイス技術の発展により，陰茎プロステーシスの治療効果と安全性は向上している．

・現在，本邦では認可製品が正式輸入できない状況であり，世界水準のED治療を実践するためにも再認可が望まれる．
