虚血性勃起障害に対する血行再建手術

▶ポイント

・若い患者では下腹壁動脈を用いた陰茎血行再建手術によって70〜90％の患者に良好な長期成績が得られる．

・血管合併症のない若い患者は経皮血管形成術による治癒が期待できる．

・虚血性勃起障害の患者の半数が初診時にすでに虚血性海綿体機能障害を合併している．虚血性海綿体機能障害は可逆的である可能性がある．
