▶ポイント

・認知症の3大原因疾患〔かくれ脳梗塞（WMD），アルツハイマー病（AD），レヴィ小体型認知症（DLB）/パーキンソン病（PD）〕は，中枢性に過活動膀胱（OAB）を来す．

・DLB/PDは中枢性に夜間多尿を来し，WMDは全身性に夜間多尿を合併する可能性がある．

・中枢性コリン作動薬のOAB増悪は少ない．抗コリン薬は認知症増悪の懸念がある．

・不眠は不安症によることが多く，高齢者では穏やかな薬から開始するとよい．
