▶ポイント

・デスモプレシンは，治療に難渋していた夜間多尿を伴う夜間頻尿患者に新たな選択肢を与える福音（gospel）になりうる薬剤である．

・低ナトリウム血症は投与開始1か月以内の発生が大半であり，適切な管理を行えば副作用を過剰に恐れる必要はない．

・排尿日誌の積極的な活用が，夜間頻尿患者のQOLを改善するfirst stepとなりうる（クリニカルイナーシャになっていませんか？）．
