▶ポイント

・高リスク患者に対する薬物療法は，再発予防としてきわめて重要な治療である．

・シュウ酸カルシウム結石の再発予防薬として保険適用があるのはマグネシウム製剤のみである．

・治療選択や治療効果判定には，定期的な検尿や尿化学検査が重要である．
