処方のポイント

●Meares & Stameyの4-glass testやpre and post massage testを用いてDrachらの分類，NIHの分類により慢性前立腺炎のどの型かを決定し，さらにNIH-CPSI，PHQ-9やIIEF5などの質問紙を用いて主な表現型を推測する．

●病因による表現型で慢性前立腺炎を分類し〔UPOINT（S）〕，表現型ごとに治療薬を選択する．
