●治療は外用薬，凍結療法，外科的切除となる．

●3か月以内に約25％が再発するため，最低3か月間は追跡が必要である．

●性感染症のなかで，数少ないワクチンで予防できる疾患（vaccine preventable disease : VPD）である．
