▶ポイント

・高齢者は臓器や身体機能低下，多病など多様な背景を有している．

・心血管系および脳血管疾患などの併存疾患を有さない症例では，nephron-sparing surgeryも考慮すべきである．

・特に血管新生阻害薬などの薬物療法の際は，グレード3〜4の副作用出現が多いという報告もあり，留意が必要である．
