高齢者における尿路上皮癌診療

▶ポイント

・2019年の膀胱癌の年齢階級別罹患数は，男女ともに50代以降上昇し，そのピークは男性では70代，女性に至っては80代である．さらに上部尿路上皮癌の罹患年齢は膀胱癌よりも高齢とされている．

・尿路上皮癌では限局がんの場合手術治療に優る治療はないことから，高齢症例においても安全性を十分考慮したうえで手術加療を検討することが望ましい．

・薬物治療はいまだ検討は不十分であるものの，有効性・安全性ともに年齢による影響は報告されていない．
