排尿障害に対するカテーテル管理

▶ポイント

・排尿障害の診療ではカテーテル留置管理が本当に必要なのか常に考える癖をつける．

・カテーテル管理が必要な場合，合併症を極力減らすように注意を行う．

・寝たきり患者や認知症患者にはカテーテルフリーとなる膀胱皮膚瘻も選択肢である．
