▶ポイント
・泌尿器系の悪性腫瘍ではFDG集積が低いときも多く,原発巣評価の有用性は限定的である.
・転移性病変,再発評価や進行性・予後の評価にFDG-PETが有用であり,患者管理に影響を与える.
・特に進行期や転移を有する症例,病理学的な異型度が高い症例ではFDG-PETを積極的に利用することが推奨される.
