▶ポイント

・PSMA-PETは前立腺に多く発現する前立腺特異的膜蛋白（PSMA）に結合するリガンドを放射性同位元素で標識し，PET製剤として用いるPET検査である．

・PSMA-PETは前立腺癌の診断能を格段に向上させ，今後の前立腺癌診療には必要不可欠な検査である．

・PSMA-PETはステージングや再発転移検索のみならず，セラノスティクスの一環としてPSMA治療の適応判断にも有用である．
