▶ポイント

・胚細胞腫瘍は発症時期（思春期前か後か）により分類および悪性度が異なる．

・胚細胞腫瘍の診断にはGCNISの存在の有無が重要である．

・AJCCとUICC第8版ではpTNM分類にいくつかの相違点がある．
