精巣胚細胞腫瘍の原因となりうる遺伝子変異の解析

▶ポイント

・若年・同胞発症頻度の高い精巣腫瘍は遺伝的要素が関わっていると想定される．

・これまでの研究では特定の遺伝子によるのではなく，複数の遺伝子が複雑に関連して発症すると推定されている．

・microRNA-371-a-3pは診断，治療効果予測に有用な腫瘍マーカーとなりうる．
