▶ポイント

・IGCCCG-Update Consortiumより1990年から2013年までの症例群での進行性胚細胞腫瘍の治療成績が報告された．

・セミノーマについては，1997年の報告と比べ無増悪生存率（PFS）・全生存率（OS）ともに改善が確認され，good prognosis群においては治療前血清乳酸脱水素酵素（LDH）値の正常上限の2.5倍を超えた上昇が新規予後不良因子として同定された．

・非セミノーマについては特にpoor prognosis群におけるPFSおよびOSの改善が確認され，従来の予後不良因子に加えて治療時年齢と肺転移の存在が新規予後不良因子として同定された．
