精巣がんサバイバーにおける経済毒性とQOLの関連性

▶ポイント

・精巣腫瘍は転移を有する場合でも適切な集学的治療で長期生存が期待できるため，精巣がんサバイバーのQOLは重要な課題である．

・化学療法を受けた精巣がんサバイバーは経済毒性に陥りやすく，QOLが低下しやすい．

・化学療法を行う場合はQOLを向上させるために経済的な負担にも気を配りながら治療早期から精巣がんサバイバーシップを実践することが重要である．
