▶ポイント

・低侵襲的外科治療（MIST）は高齢者や全身状態が不良な症例に適応となる．

・経尿道的前立腺吊り上げ術（PUL）の利点は治療効果発現までの期間が短いこと，射精機能が温存できることである．

・経尿道的水蒸気治療（WAVE）の利点は中葉肥大症例にも効果があることである．
