▶ポイント

・遺伝子バリアントには集団において頻度が高いコモンバリアントと頻度が低いレアバリアントとがあり，レアバリアントは疾患発症に強く影響することが知られている．

・本邦での泌尿器がん患者の病的バリアントは，前立腺癌，腎癌，尿路上皮癌で大規模にゲノム解析が行われ，日本人特有の病的バリアントの同定もされている．
