尿路上皮癌とゲノム異常

▶ポイント

・全エクソン解析により尿路上皮癌に特徴的な遺伝子異常が明らかになった．

・筋層非浸潤性膀胱癌，筋層浸潤性膀胱癌および上部尿路上皮癌には共通した遺伝子異常とそれぞれに特徴的な変異パターンがある．

・転移性尿路上皮癌のなかで，約16％の線維芽細胞増殖因子受容体（FGFR）変異を認める症例に対して今後FGFR阻害薬が使用できる見込みである．
