はじめに

　乳癌の治療においては，手術療法，化学療法，内分泌療法および放射線療法を適切な組み合わせと順序で用いることが重要である．当施設における乳癌治療の基本的方針は，evidenceに基づきながらも，個々の患者の希望，個人的および社会的状況を考慮して上記を組み合わせた治療方針を呈示し，インフォームド・コンセントを得てから治療を開始することである．
