C型肝硬変に対する肝移植

要旨：C型肝硬変に対する肝移植は，欧米では肝移植の40％を超える主要原因であり，わが国においても成人間生体肝移植が拡まるとともに急速に増加している．しかし，肝移植後の成績はC型肝炎の再発や肝硬変への進行が起こることから，ほかの原因に比べて劣っている．この肝移植後C型肝炎再発に対し，これまでさまざまな取り組みがなされてきたが，現在のところ，残念ながら確実に再発予防あるいは治療する方法はいまだない．本稿では，C型肝炎に対する肝移植における，肝炎再発に対するこれまでの取り組みと，当科での工夫および成績について報告する．
