成人下行結腸間膜乳びリンパ管腫の1例

はじめに

　腸間膜リンパ管腫は比較的稀な疾患であり，その半数以上が小児例であり，成人例は少ない^1）．そのなかでも，その内容が乳びである成人腸間膜乳びリンパ管腫は少なく，さらに大腸の腸間膜に発生する乳びリンパ管腫は自験例がわが国で2例目の報告である．今回，われわれは成人乳び性腸間膜リンパ管腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
