胃癌手術および絞扼性イレウス手術後に診断し得たhepatic peribiliary cystsの1例

はじめに

　Hepatic peribiliary cysts（以下，HPBC）は1984年にNakanumaら^1）が報告した肝内胆管付属腺の多発性囊胞性疾患と考えられている．以前は剖検例や切除例での報告が多かったが，最近では画像診断の進歩によって臨床例の報告が増えている^2）．しかし，その病態や臨床的意義については不明な点が多い．

　今回われわれは，胃癌手術および絞扼性イレウス手術後に症状を呈したHPBCの1例を経験したので報告する．
