成人腸重積を合併した回腸炎症性線維性ポリープの1例

はじめに

　炎症性線維性ポリープ（inflammatory fibroid polyp：以下，IFP）は消化管に発生する比較的稀な良性腫瘍である^1）．今回われわれは，成人腸重積を合併した回腸IFPの1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
