GISTの画像診断―消化管粘膜下腫瘍の鑑別

要旨：画像診断をもとに消化管に発生する粘膜下腫瘍（submucosal tumor：SMT）を正確に診断することは容易ではない．CT, MRI, FDG PETなどのcross-sectional imagingによるSMTの鑑別診断は少なからず肉眼組織所見を反映し，診断に重要な付加的情報を与える手段と考えられ，病理学的特徴の比較検討を通じて，画像の綿密な解釈が可能となる．SMTの鑑別診断では，これらの画像診断はその主軸となるため，検査の特徴を十分に理解し有意義に活用することが重要である．
