はじめに

　遺伝性非ポリポーシス大腸癌（hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer：以下，HNPCC）は，家系内に大腸，子宮体部，卵巣，小腸，胃，上部尿路など由来の悪性腫瘍が好発する常染色体優性遺伝疾患であり，その頻度は全大腸癌の2～5％程度を占めるものと考えられている^1）．今回われわれは，腹壁膿瘍を契機に診断された遺伝性非ポリポーシス大腸癌（HNPCC）の1例を経験したので報告する．
