多発肝病巣に対して切除可能であった肝類上皮血管内皮腫の1例

はじめに

　類上皮血管内皮腫（epithelioid hemangioendothelioma：以下，EHE）は，肝臓，肺，骨，軟部組織から発生する非上皮性の血管内皮腫瘍で，比較的稀な疾患である．肝原発のEHEは一般的に進行が緩徐で低悪性度の腫瘍とされているが^1），発見時には通常多発しており，治療に苦渋する例も多い．今回，われわれは肝内に多発したEHEに対し切除により良好な予後が得られている1例を経験したので，本邦報告例の臨床的特徴の検討と文献的考察を加えて報告する．
