小腸GIST穿孔による腹膜炎の1例

はじめに

　小腸に発生したGIST（gastrointestinal stromal tumor）は特徴的な症状に乏しく，しばしば診断に難渋する．今回，われわれは，興味ある既往歴を有し，汎発性腹膜炎の発症によって発見された小腸GISTの1例を経験したので報告する．
