発症機転に進行胃癌が関与したと思われる胃軸捻転症の1例

はじめに

　胃軸捻転症は比較的稀な疾患であり，横隔膜ヘルニアなどの横隔膜疾患に伴うことが多い．われわれが検索した限りでは胃癌を合併した胃軸捻転症の報告例^1～3）は少数認めるが，胃癌が原因で発症した胃軸捻転症の報告例はない．今回，われわれは，進行胃癌によって発症したと考えられる胃軸捻転症の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する．
