はじめに

　膵臓は充実性臓器であり，管腔臓器である消化管などのようなマクロとミクロへの対応というより，術前の断層画像や切除標本の中央割面像，組織像の対応が可能である．膵悪性腫瘍には通常型膵管癌や粘液囊胞腺癌，膵管内乳頭粘液癌，膵内分泌癌などが挙げられる．本稿では，これらの画像診断（おもに断層像）と切除標本の割面像，組織所見との比較・検討について概説した．
