大腸悪性腫瘍

はじめに

　発生頻度からみれば，大腸に生じる悪性腫瘍のほとんどは高分化・中分化型腺癌（以下，通常型大腸癌）である．稀な組織型を示す腫瘍も通常型大腸癌との内視鏡的・肉眼的な相違点に注目すれば，ある程度「ミクロ像を読む」ことが可能である．

　本稿では，最初に典型的な進行大腸癌の肉眼像を示し，各種悪性腫瘍の肉眼形態・大腸内視鏡像を病理組織像と対比しながら述べる．拡大内視鏡を用いた早期大腸癌の診断については繰り返し取り上げられているので割愛する．
