腹膜偽粘液腫の診断と治療

要旨：腹腔内にゼラチン様の粘液が充満する腹膜偽粘液腫は，進行は比較的緩徐であるが，有効な治療法が少なく高率に再発するため，治療に難渋する疾患である．治療は腫瘍の外科的摘出と腹腔内への抗癌剤の投与が行われるが，再発を繰り返し長期の臨床経過をたどることが多いため，疾患に対する十分な理解が必要である．
