解離性大動脈瘤に併存したupside down stomachを呈する傍食道型裂孔ヘルニアの1例

はじめに

　食道裂孔ヘルニアは比較的頻度が高い疾患であるが，胃の軸捻転を伴い胸腔内へ高度に脱出したupside down stomachを呈することはきわめて稀である^1,2）．今回，解離性大動脈瘤に併存した傍食道型裂孔ヘルニアの経過観察中にupside down stomachとなり手術を施行した1例について報告する．
