肛門近傍に増大する皮下腫瘤として認められた副乳の1例

はじめに

　副乳は，胎生期の両側腋窩から胸部～腹部～鼠径部～大腿内側外陰部に向かう乳腺堤，いわゆるmilk line上に形成された胸部乳房以外の乳腺組織である．副乳の発生頻度は日本人では5.9～14.4％とされるが，その80％は腋窩にみられ，外陰部あるいは肛門近傍に認められるものは稀である^1）．

　今回，われわれは増大傾向を示した肛門近傍の副乳を経験したので報告する．
