術前化学放射線療法によりpCRを得た肛門管癌の1例

はじめに

　肛門管癌は，肛門縁より恥骨直腸筋付着部上縁までの外科的肛門管から発生した癌と定義されている^1）．肛門腺より発生する腺癌においては通常の下部直腸癌と同様に手術療法が第一選択とされるが，肛門上皮より発生する扁平上皮癌や腺扁平上皮癌は国際的には化学放射線療法が第一選択となっている^2）．しかし，国内ではいまだ標準治療として一定のガイドラインは存在しない．

　今回，肛門管の扁平上皮癌に対して化学放射線療法を行い，pathological CR（pCR）を得たので報告する．
