甲状腺癌の治療に関する最新のデータ

　要旨：甲状腺癌は組織学的に濾胞細胞由来の分化癌（乳頭癌，濾胞癌），低分化癌，未分化癌と傍濾胞細胞由来の髄様癌に分類される．治療方法は手術療法および内分泌療法，外照射や内照射（¹³¹Iなど）による放射線療法，化学療法があり，それぞれの病理組織型や進行度によって異なる．甲状腺乳頭癌，濾胞癌，髄様癌は手術療法が第1選択となる．他方，未分化癌では手術療法は気道閉塞などを防ぐ一時的な局所コントロールとしての意味を持つにすぎず，放射線療法，化学療法が選択されるが，予後は不良である．
