肺癌の治療に関する最新のデータ

　要旨：肺癌に対する外科治療の標準術式は開胸下肺葉切除であるが，画像診断や工学系の進歩とともにStageⅠAを中心に胸腔鏡下肺葉切除や積極的縮小手術が行われるようになってきた．局所進行肺癌に対して術前導入化学（放射線）療法が試みられているが，未だ標準治療にはなっていない．術後治療に関しては放射線照射は禁忌であるが，シスプラチンベースの多剤併用化学療法やUFT経口投与は一定の効果が期待できる．
