肝癌の診断に関する最新のデータ

　要旨：肝癌の診断には，主に腫瘍マーカー，CT，超音波検査が有用である．原発性肝癌のうち94.2％が肝細胞癌で，4.1％の胆管細胞癌がこれに続く．肝細胞癌は胆管細胞癌に比べ障害肝に発生するが，今後早期肝細胞癌の診断が増加するものと予想される．胆管細胞癌切除例の約4割の症例がリンパ節転移を伴っている．再発時の肝外病変として，肝細胞癌では肺，骨，リンパ節，腹膜，副腎が，胆管細胞癌ではリンパ節，肺，骨，腹膜が多い．
