胆管癌の治療に関する最新のデータ

　要旨：胆管癌に対する根治的な治療法は外科的切除のみである．このうち，中・下部胆管癌に対する標準術式は膵頭十二指腸切除であり，20～40％台の合併症率，2～3％台の在院死亡率，30％台の5年生存率が報告されている．肝門部胆管癌に対しては肝区域切除＋尾状葉切除＋肝外胆管切除が標準術式として行われており，従来は30～80％台の合併症率，10％前後の在院死亡率，20～30％台の5年生存率が報告されてきたが，2001年以降は0～10％以下の在院死亡率，30～40％台の5年生存率が報告されている．非切除症例に対しては減黄処置に加えて放射線治療や化学療法が行われる．
