膵内分泌腫瘍の手術適応と治療成績

要旨：症候性消化管膵内分泌腫瘍は症状治療のために切除手術が必要であり，遠隔転移が存在しても減量手術によって治療効果が期待できる．非症候性腫瘍の場合，WHO分類のwell-differentiated neuroendocrine tumorであっても十二指腸腫瘍で直径1cm以上，膵腫瘍で2cm以上であれば悪性の可能性が高いことを考慮すると，時期を逃さず切除を考慮する必要がある．
