膵癌術後補助療法の意義―化学療法

要旨：膵癌治癒切除症例に対する術後補助化学療法の有用性を検証した無作為化比較試験（RCT）および現在進行中のRCTについて概説した．これまで術後補助化学療法の有効性については明確なエビデンスがなく，また標準治療法も存在しなかった．最近報告されたCONKO-001の結果では，塩酸ゲムシタビン（GEM）による術後補助療法で無病生存期間の延長が確認され，GEMによる術後補助療法はコンセンサスが得られつつある．しかしながら生存期間の延長は統計学的有意差を認めておらず，術後生存に関する術後補助療法の意義は今後報告される他のRCTの結果を併せて検討すべきであろう．
