副腎に接して後腹膜に存在した異所性膵solid-pseudopapillary tumorの1例

はじめに

　膵のsolid-pseudopapillary tumor（以下，SPT）は若年女性に発症する比較的稀な疾患である^1）．また，異所性膵組織は消化管壁内に偶然発見されることが多いが，肝臓や胆道系に関係なく後腹膜腔内，特に副腎近傍に発生することはきわめて少ない．今回，われわれはSPTとして発見された後腹膜異所性膵を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を交えて報告する．
