早期の縫合糸の抜糸およびテープ固定による手術創の整容的効果―prospective randomized study

はじめに

　近年，手術における皮膚の一次閉鎖後の疼痛軽減および整容的観点から様々な閉鎖方法が工夫されている^1,2）．また，手術創自体を小さくする目的で内視鏡下手術も積極的に行われている．

　今回，待機開腹手術創の整容性の向上を目指し，一次閉鎖創の縫合糸の早期抜糸とその後のテープ固定がもたらす創の整容的効果についてprospective randomized studyを行ったので報告する．
