肺癌診療ガイドラインに関する考察

要旨：わが国の肺癌に関するガイドラインは，2003年に『EBMの手法による肺癌診療ガイドライン』が出版され，2005年には改訂版が出版された．この作成過程では文献のエビデンスのレベル，数，結論が最重要視され，これに臨床上の適応性などを勘案して診療行為に推奨グレードが与えられている．ガイドラインを日常臨床に用いることにより，肺癌診療の標準化とレベルの底上げが期待されよう．しかし，ガイドラインはバイブルではなく，あくまで臨床医と患者が適切な医療について決断を行えるよう支援するために作成されたものである．その適応と限界を熟知することが大事である．
