肝原発内分泌細胞癌の1切除例

はじめに

　消化管内分泌細胞腫瘍は，組織学的に低異型度で生物学的に低悪性度のカルチノイドと，高異型度で高悪性度の内分泌細胞癌とに大別される^1）．そのなかで肝原発神経内分泌細胞癌は稀な疾患であり，予後不良である^2）．今回われわれは，術前に肝細胞癌と診断し肝切除術を施行したが病理組織学的検査の結果肝原発神経内分泌細胞癌と判明した1症例を経験したので報告する．
