外来化学療法におけるチーム医療

要旨：近年，医療ニーズが「急性期疾患」から「慢性疾患」へ移行し，「患者中心の医療」へ大きく変貌するなかで「チーム医療」が注目されている．外来化学療法では患者の身体面だけでなく，心理的・社会的・倫理的・経済的側面にも配慮した全人的医療が行われる必要があり，患者の満足を目的とした多職種によるチームアプローチが求められている．よりよいチーム医療（multidisciplinary care and treatment）の構築には患者-医療者間および医療者間の良好なコミュニケーションが基本となる．
